Tutti frutti cake

Ingredients :
1. Maida(all purpose flour)1cup
2. Sugar1/2 cup
3. Tutti frutti 1/4cup
4.One egg
5. Butter 1/4cup
6. Baking powder 1 Tspn and baking soda 1/4tspn
7. Fruit essence or vineela essence 1tspn
8.1/4 cup of milk (low fat milk)

Procedure:


1. Pre heat the oven 350 F(180C)
2. Grease the baking tray with oil or butter.
3. Take a large bowl mix maida butter,baking soda and baking powder
4. In another bowl cream the butter and sugar till smooth.
5. Beat a egg in a bowl add essence and mix it well.
6.slowly add butter and sugar cream, egg mix to the bowl
7. Mix it well unti it is smooth.I generally put it in a blender  to make it soft.
8.Take tutti frutti in a plate sprinkle maida powder on it.
9. Arrange the batter in the baking container as follows.First pour some batter the slowly add half the tutti frutti then cover with remaining batter
10. Lastly we can add remaining tutti frutti.
11. When oven reaches the temperature keep the container inside.
12. It takes around 45 to 50 mins for complete baking.you can check with tooth pick inserted in it.when it comes out clean then it is almost done.  when it cools down,you can cut into pieces.Yummy cake is ready.
